A trio of basic edicts allowing an empire to spend two strategic resources (50 Zro and then either 50 Dark Matter, 50 Nanites or 50 Living Metal) for additional effects. The edicts are available to both Spiritualists and non-Spiritualists, the only difference is the name they’re given in-game!

This mod changes no base files and so shouldn’t have any compatibility issues. At present the edicts don’t need techs to unlock and should show up as long as you have a stockpile of both the required resources
