What does this mod do?

– Leader Overhaul – Levels [LOL] increases the max level cap to 20. It also starts your leaders off at level 0. It changes anomaly difficulty scaling slightly to account for starting at level 0.
– LOL also changes how often the leader pool changes from every 10 years, to every 5 years.
